*CALL TO WORSHIP
Leader: It is good to praise the LORD and make music to your name, O Most High.
All: We proclaim your love in the morning and your faithfulness at night.
Leader: We sing for joy at what your hands have done.
All: How great are your works, O LORD; you are forever exalted!

*HYMN #464  “Joyful, Joyful, We Adore Thee”

*PRAYER OF CONFESSION
Lord Jesus Christ, as you came to a blind man and gave him sight, come to us in our darkness and show us the things we cannot see.  We confess that our blindness to your glory has resulted in shallow confession, half-hearted conviction, and only mild repentance.  Have mercy upon us, O Lord.  By the transforming power of your amazing grace, help us to see you clearly and to follow in your ways, to the glory of your name.  Amen.

OUR TIME OF PRAYER & THE LORD’S PRAYER
Lord, for this joy, we give you thanks.
Lord, in your mercy, hear our prayer.
Our Father, who art in heaven, hallowed be thy name.  Thy kingdom come, thy will be done, on earth as it is in heaven.  Give us this day our daily bread, and forgive us our debts, as we forgive our debtors.  And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil.  For thine is the kingdom, and the power, and the glory, forever. Amen

THE WORSHIP COMMITTEE needs help!  Thanksgiving is right around the corner!  What a wonderful excuse to share our time with family and friends.  By the time the weekend ends, you may be ready for another fellowship activity with your church family and friends.  If you’re available, the Worship Committee would welcome your help in decorating the sanctuary for Christmas.  In case you missed it, we’ll be doing so on the Sunday of Thanksgiving weekend, following the service.  We’re looking for some help and you may fit the bill!
