Pastor: All the ends of the earth shall turn to the Lord.
All: All the nations shall sing your praise for dominion belongs to you, O God.
*HYMN #487 “When Morning Gilds the Skies”
*PRAYER OF CONFESSION
God of steadfast love, we confess to you our shortcomings. Instead of sacrificing, we promote ourselves. Instead of giving, we often hoard our blessings. Too often we claim our faith as a badge to wear, instead of a cross to bear. Have mercy on us, O God. Teach us to follow in the path of Christ. Give us grace to glorify you through faith in Jesus Christ. Amen.

OUR TIME OF PRAYER & THE LORD’S PRAYER
Lord, for this joy, we give you thanks.
Lord, in your mercy, hear our prayer.
Our Father, who art in heaven, hallowed be thy name. Thy kingdom come, thy will be done, on earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread, and forgive us our debts, as we forgive our debtors. And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil. For thine is the kingdom, and the power, and the glory, forever. Amen
